Q: What is a "meet and greet" and why is it necessary?

A: Meet and greets are initial consultations. It allows a pet sitter to meet you and your pet(s), typically in the client's home. As a your pet nanny, I generally like to go over your pet's daily routine: diet, behaviors, hiding places, and so on. This is a time when I ask questions and welcome clients to do the same.

Q: What is included in your visits?

A: All visits include food, fresh water, and interaction. Depending on the type of pet and their normal routine, your needs can be customized. Please see Hutchi Pet Care's Services for more information.

Q: What types of animals do you care for?

A: My speciality is cats, but I serve dogs as well. If you have additional pets, such as small critters, please let me know in our initial meet and greet.

Q: Do you board pets at your home?

A: No, I cannot take pets into my home for boarding. I may recommend excellent boarding facilities.

However, I do believe your pets will be much happier in their own home stress free. I will be more than able to customize a schedule to fit your needs.

Q: Can I have every other day cat visits?

A: For the health and safety of your cat, I cannot accommodate this type of request. All cats must be visited at least once within a 24 hour period.
